Monitoring aging structure of receivebles is a timeless and classic way to manage collection of trade receivables and improve collection of overdue items.
 
This spreadsheet starts from inputting customer open items data from accounting software and using automated excel formulas to reorganize and present in aging buckets. You can change reporting date against it will start counting overdue days, and you can change aging buckets (for example 0-30 or 0-60 days).
